Afterschool Program (ASEP)

General ASEP Information
 

Call Henry County ASEP Office (678) 583-1211 to be placed on a waiting list. Hours are 9am-4pm

 

Each elementary school offers the afterschool program, provided the minimum number of students register and a sufficient number of instructors are available. Parents must enroll their children to participate in the afterschool program and pay a one time registration fee of $25.00 per family per school year and are required to pay a weekly tuition fee.  Enrollment in the program is subject to acceptance of the enrollment form and receipt of the registration and tuition fee. All ASEP registrations must be completed online.

 

Failure to disclose information affecting your child’s participation in the ASEP may result in his/her dismissal from the program.

*ASEP hours are from 2:30 - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.  Late pick-up fees begin at 6:01 and are $1.00 per minute.

*Tuition is $50.00 per week
 
 
 
*Holidays-When school is closed for a holiday or due to the weather, there will be no fees charged.  For example, Labor Day holiday there is no fee charged, thus tuition for the week would be $40.
 
 
*Tuition is due on Friday prior to ALL HOLIDAYS, with the exception of the Christmas Holiday.
