Rocky Creek Elementary 2025 - 2026  Exceptional Support Personnel of the Year

Mr. Ollie Spivey is the embodiment of dedication, compassion, and quiet strength at Rocky Creek. In his role supporting students with unique challenges, he consistently shows patience, love, and professionalism. He does so with a warm smile, no matter what the day brings. Mr. Spivey builds deep, meaningful relationships with students across the school, serving not only as a mentor and educator but also as a steady, father-like figure who students trust and respect. His calm demeanor and ability to listen create a safe, structured environment where students feel valued and empowered to grow both behaviorally and academically. He works closely with teachers and families to provide individualized support that transforms student outcomes, and he never misses an opportunity to celebrate each student’s progress. His presence uplifts the entire school community, and his reliability, positivity, and heartfelt connection to his students make him a perfect example of what it means to be a RACER.
